This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, negotiating high-impact deals, and contributing directly to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, prospect, and engage potential clients and strategic partners to build a strong sales pipeline. Lead end-to-end sales and partnership discussions, including negotiations and deal closures, to create long-term value. Own revenue targets and develop effective strategies to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Collaborate closely with client servicing, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and campaigns. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and uncover new opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, deal progress, and revenue forecasts, and present regular performance updates to leadership. What Makes You a Great Fit 5–7 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles, preferably in media, digital, or technology-driven environments. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders. Solid understanding of digital media, advertising, SaaS, or channel sales models, particularly those catering to student or youth-focused audiences. Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt strategies based on market dynamics and customer insights.
