Perform routine property walkthroughs to uphold safety and curb appeal. 3. Financial Oversight: Collect rent, track delinquencies, and enforce lease terms. Prepare monthly owner statements, annual budgets, and expense reports. 4. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to local housing regulations, insurance requirements, and company policies. Document incidents, maintenance logs, and lease agreements. Qualifications & Skills: ✔ Must-Have: 3+ years in property management (residential/commercial). Working knowledge of leasing laws, tenant rights, and basic accounting. Proficiency with property software (AppFolio, Yardi, Rent Manager). Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills. ✔ Preferred: Certification (e.g., CAM, CAPS, CPM) or real estate license.
