This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 1 years Location: Gurgaon JobType: full-time The Product Developer will work on real-world, in-house product initiatives focused on building and scaling AI-powered automation solutions. This role offers hands-on exposure to full-stack product development, production-grade systems, and agile delivery while contributing directly to features that drive real business impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance AI-enabled product features that support workflow automation and intelligent agents. Work across the full stack using technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React.js, Flutter, and related frameworks. Design and build RESTful APIs and scalable user interfaces. Integrate applications with databases such as PostgreSQL and ensure efficient data handling. Debug, test, and deploy features in fast-paced agile sprints. Contribute to production-grade architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization efforts. Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Required Skills & Experience Strong fundamentals in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Hands-on experience with at least one backend language such as Ruby, Python, or Node.js. Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React.js and backend frameworks such as Ruby on Rails or other MVC architectures. Understanding of REST APIs, Git-based version control, and collaborative development workflows. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Preferred Attributes Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks quickly. Interest in AI, machine learning, or automation-driven products. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and move fast. Team-oriented attitude with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
