Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Schedule: M-F, 9AM - 6PM PST Salary: based on experience We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will own the entire marketing funnel — from awareness to conversion — and play a key part in driving sales for our digital products and scaling our brand. Content & Campaign Management Lead the creation and execution of digital campaigns, including email newsletters, website content, social media posts, and paid advertising. Collaborate with developers and designers to optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates. Email Marketing & Automation Design and execute engaging email campaigns to nurture leads and convert customers. Leverage email automation and segmentation tools to drive engagement and sales. Analytics & Reporting Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels, including traffic, engagement, lead generation, and sales. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to generate insights and inform future strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with product, design, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives. Stay informed on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective. Budget Management Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently for maximum impact. Continuously optimize campaign spend to improve cost-effectiveness and performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce, SaaS, or digital product spaces. Proven success in planning and executing end-to-end digital campaigns. Solid grasp of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. Experience with email platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar. Strong copywriting and creative content development skills. Highly organized with excellent project management abilities. Strong analytical mindset with a knack for data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills Experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Background in fast-paced start-up environments. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
