As a Corporate Relations Specialist, you will act as a bridge between industry and skilled talent, working closely with companies to understand their hiring needs and aligning them with job-ready professionals. The role involves relationship management, business development, and coordination with internal academic and delivery teams to ensure strong placement outcomes and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and onboard new corporate partners across industries seeking Data Science and AI talent Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR teams, hiring managers, and decision-makers Understand client hiring requirements, market trends, and evolving skill needs within the Data Science and AI ecosystem Collaborate with internal academic and delivery teams to ensure learner readiness and curriculum alignment with industry needs Organize and manage placement drives, corporate interactions, webinars, and networking events Track placement metrics, analyze outcomes, and gather employer feedback to improve success rates Prepare and present customized proposals, pitches, and partnership agreements Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (virtual and in-person) Maintain accurate records of client interactions, partnerships, and placement progress using CRM tools What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred) 1–3 years of experience in corporate relations, business development, key account management, or placements—ideally within EdTech or technology-focused hiring Strong exposure to or network within Data Science, AI, analytics, or digital transformation domains Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different seniority levels Good understanding of Data Science and AI roles, hiring trends, and skill requirements Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and targets simultaneously Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools Willingness to travel for client meetings, placement drives, and industry events as required
