This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 550000 - Rs 800000 (ie INR 5.5-8 LPA) Min Experience: 2 years Location: Delhi JobType: full-time This is a front-line BTL Business Development role within the retail function, focused on driving customer acquisition through on-ground marketing and sales initiatives. The role is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving monthly business targets by executing localized marketing activities. You will act as the primary interface between prospective learners and the organization, playing a critical role in expanding market presence and strengthening brand visibility across assigned regions. Key Responsibilities Drive business growth by achieving assigned monthly sales and enrollment targets Acquire new customers through BTL marketing activities, vendor partnerships, referrals, and self-generated leads Execute marketing campaigns, lead follow-ups, and sales activities in a timely and structured manner Act as the primary point of contact for prospective candidates, guiding them through program offerings Track, analyze, and report daily sales and marketing performance to immediate supervisors Plan and execute monthly, half-yearly, and annual marketing strategies aligned with business goals Conduct college seminars, workshops, and on-ground engagement activities to drive awareness and lead generation Organize and manage promotional activities such as leaflet distribution, stalls at colleges, malls, and public spaces Collect, manage, and maintain relevant databases from multiple sourcing channels Ensure adherence to performance benchmarks, compliance standards, and internal controls Take ownership of regional marketing operations to ensure center-level targets contribute to overall organizational objectives What Makes You a Great Fit Proven experience in front-line sales, retail marketing, or business development roles Strong ability to generate leads through field marketing, partnerships, and on-ground activities Target-driven mindset with consistent performance against sales goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, parents, and partners Ability to plan, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives independently Comfortable working in a high-energy, field-oriented sales environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage data, reporting, and follow-ups efficiently Willingness to travel locally and participate in events, seminars, and promotional campaigns
