Key Responsibilities Drive B2B sales initiatives by identifying, pitching, and closing advertising and media marketing opportunities Build and manage strong relationships with brands, agencies, and business partners to generate recurring revenue Develop customized media, advertising, and brand partnership solutions aligned with client objectives Support senior sales leadership in managing key accounts and expanding wallet share Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and delivery teams to ensure seamless campaign execution Track sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate reporting on deals and client interactions Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities Ensure high standards of client satisfaction through proactive communication and post-sale support Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, and industry interactions as required What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within advertising, media marketing, or brand partnerships Strong understanding of advertising solutions, media planning, and brand management concepts Proven negotiation skills with a track record of closing mid-to-large value deals Experience managing client relationships across marketing, branding, and media stakeholders Ability to translate client business goals into compelling sales and media proposals Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term targets and long-term relationship building Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with ownership of revenue goals Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow into higher responsibility roles within sales leadership
