Based in Bengaluru or Gurugram, this full-time, in-office position focuses on converting qualified interest into urgency, conviction, and live product trials. Rather than being a pricing-heavy closing role, this is a craft-led sales position centered on discovery, storytelling, and momentum-building. You will own the journey from demo to trial activation, ensuring every interaction clearly communicates value, creates urgency, and moves the prospect decisively forward. The ultimate measure of success is simple and powerful: demos that convert into high-intent, activated trials. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-impact product demos for qualified B2B SaaS prospects Lead structured discovery conversations to deeply understand the prospect’s brand, category, and business context Reframe customer challenges into clear, compelling problem statements and present a strong future-state narrative using the product Create urgency and clarity around why the solution should be activated immediately Act as the single owner for accounts from demo completion through free-trial activation Drive consistent, thoughtful follow-ups to maintain momentum until trials go live Define success criteria, next steps, and expectations before trial activation Conduct trial activation calls to ensure strong early adoption and intent Hand over only high-quality, activated, high-intent accounts to the billing or account management teams Collaborate closely with SDRs, account managers, and sales leadership to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment Maintain clear reporting and ownership of demo-to-trial conversion outcomes What Makes You a Great Fit 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, pre-sales, or account executive roles Strong command of English with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively Exceptional discovery skills with a natural ability to uncover real business pain points Strong storytelling mindset—you build narratives instead of simply showing features Comfortable handling a high volume of demos without compromising quality or insight Highly disciplined with follow-ups and proactive account ownership Target-driven with strong daily sales hygiene and execution rigor High-agency, self-directed professional who takes complete ownership of outcomes Ability to collaborate effectively while independently driving accounts forward Bonus experience with Shopify, D2C brands, or SaaS/AI tools
