This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1000000 (ie INR 8-10 LPA) Min Experience: 4 years Location: Pune JobType: full-time The Jewellery Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. This role involves leading customer interactions, managing inventory, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and service. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and effectively present jewellery products with complete and accurate descriptions. Influence purchase decisions through consultative selling and strong product knowledge. Address customer queries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner. Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business. Ensure the store is clean, secure, and visually appealing at all times. Oversee billing and payment transactions and ensure proper preparation of merchandise for delivery. Contribute to team goals by supporting colleagues and achieving collective sales targets. Monitor store inventory levels, anticipate customer demand, and ensure optimal stock availability. Prepare sales reports and customer relationship insights by analyzing sales data and identifying trends, complaints, and improvement opportunities. Focus on customer retention by maintaining relationships with existing clients and onboarding new customers. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations, deliveries, and issue resolution. Utilize ERP systems and retail software (such as Magento, Ameo, or similar platforms) for inventory management, billing, and reporting.
