This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 10 years Location: Bengaluru, Bangalore JobType: full-time We are seeking a visionary, execution-oriented CEO to lead and scale large-scale logistics and mobility operations. This role will have end-to-end ownership of business strategy, P&L, operations, partnerships, and technology-led transformation across asset-heavy, multi-city environments. The ideal leader will combine strategic clarity with hands-on execution to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the overall business strategy to drive growth, market expansion, and long-term profitability. Own full P&L responsibility , including unit economics, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. Scale logistics and fleet operations with a focus on asset utilization, service quality, and operational efficiency. Build and manage strategic partnerships across logistics ecosystems, OEMs, financiers, and service providers. Lead technology adoption initiatives, including telematics, analytics, automation, and real-time operational dashboards. Establish strong governance, performance metrics, and execution discipline across all functions. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional leadership teams in a fast-growing environment. Candidate Profile (Required) 15+ years of leadership experience in logistics, mobility, fleet management, transportation, or related sectors . Proven success in scaling asset-heavy, multi-location operations . Strong track record of P&L ownership , unit economics management, and financial discipline. Deep understanding of fleet lifecycle management, leasing structures, and vehicle financing models. Experience leading large, diverse teams in high-growth or transformation-driven organizations.
