This role is for one of our clients Compensation:  $90-$170 per hour This role combines your clinical expertise with language mastery to help train advanced AI systems in the healthcare domain. You’ll use your medical background and bilingual proficiency to create precise, culturally relevant, and technically accurate French-language medical content that reflects real-world clinical practice. Key Responsibilities Medical Content Development: Translate, adapt, and structure complex medical information into clear, high-quality content for AI model training. Bilingual Communication: Write fluently in both French and English, ensuring linguistic precision and accurate use of medical terminology. Domain Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of the French healthcare system and medical culture to ensure authenticity and contextual accuracy. Collaboration: Work closely with reviewers and peers to refine and enhance content quality. Ideal Candidate Profile Language Skills: Native-level fluency in French with excellent written and spoken English. Education: Advanced degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline. Experience: 2–6+ years of professional experience in medical practice, research, or healthcare. Analytical Skills: Strong writing, analytical, and communication abilities. Experience in medical writing, academic publishing, or instructional design preferred. Nice to Have Experience in grading, rubric development, or instructional design. Familiarity with generative AI or machine learning concepts (not mandatory). Work Structure & Commitment Remote and asynchronous role — work from anywhere, on your schedule. Approximately 20 hours per week commitment for around 2 months . Work within a structured project environment with defined goals and tools.
