This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 480000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 4.8 - 6 LPA) Min Experience: 2 years Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai, Mumbai JobType: full-time We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Handle daily correspondence, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO. Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations. Maintain confidential documents and manage information flow efficiently. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication. Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely completion of key deliverables. Assist in event planning, meeting logistics, and other administrative duties as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
