You will act as a trusted advisor to high-value clients, deeply understanding their Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and aligning advanced AI-driven marketing solutions with their business objectives. The position combines strategic thinking, execution excellence, and growth ownership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys driving measurable impact while working in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of key accounts, aligning client goals with AI-led marketing and growth initiatives Own end-to-end execution of AI-voice and performance marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal data and product teams Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights through structured and outcome-focused client reviews Drive account growth by identifying renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities through consultative engagement Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights and real-world challenges with internal product teams Ensure consistent “gold-standard” delivery across all client engagements Maintain strong client communication and alignment with senior stakeholders What Makes You a Great Fit 1–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, sales, or growth roles, preferably in a startup or agency environment Strong understanding of performance marketing ecosystems, including Meta and Google Ads Deep familiarity with funnel metrics such as CPL, CAC, and conversion rates Confident communicator with the ability to present insights and strategies to senior leadership Analytical mindset with a passion for dashboards, data storytelling, and performance optimization Experience in Real Estate or Fintech domains is a strong advantage Proven ability to build long-term, trust-based client relationships Growth-oriented mindset with a natural ability to identify expansion opportunities within accounts Comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving, high-velocity environment Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRMs, spreadsheets, and BI tools
