This position sits at the intersection of sales, operations, compliance, and product, ensuring a seamless customer journey from onboarding through ongoing engagement. You will act as a trusted partner to institutional clients, combining financial understanding, proactive communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver a high-quality client experience while supporting long-term revenue objectives. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and onboarding-related requests Lead end-to-end client onboarding, coordinating across revenue, compliance, operations, and technical teams to ensure a smooth launch Analyze client business needs and strategies, partnering with senior coverage teams to deliver tailored solutions Guide clients through platform integrations, understanding discretionary and systematic workflows Coordinate with internal technical teams to support integrations and resolve implementation challenges Manage and reconcile required onboarding documentation before transitioning cases to compliance Conduct client training sessions to enable effective platform usage and self-service Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing clear updates and managing expectations Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Trade Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to align client needs with internal processes Organize and manage internal approvals for client-specific requests and requirements Resolve client issues independently when possible and escalate high-priority matters appropriately Act as a trusted escalation point for critical client concerns within your scope Share client feedback and insights with leadership to improve processes and customer satisfaction Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and platform enhancements Support client base growth through relationship-building and strategic engagement What Makes You a Great Fit 3–5 years of experience in account management or client services within financial services, trading, digital assets, or asset management Strong understanding of digital asset markets, including industry trends and institutional workflows Proven ability to manage complex client relationships in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver consistent results High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Customer-first approach with a strong focus on service quality and relationship management Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
