This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 900000 (ie INR 3-9 LPA) Min Experience: 8 years Location: chennai  JobType: full-time This role is ideal for an experienced Key Account Management (KAM) professional with a strong background in B2B client handling. The position focuses on managing and growing strategic client relationships within service-driven industries, with an emphasis on account stability, customer satisfaction, and long-term value creation. The role requires hands-on KAM expertise rather than purely operational experience and suits professionals who thrive in structured, client-facing environments. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of key B2B accounts across corporate, industrial, and SME segments Build long-term, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure retention and account growth Drive customer satisfaction through effective service delivery, issue resolution, and performance tracking Understand client requirements deeply and align solutions to meet business and service expectations Track and improve customer experience metrics such as CSAT and NPS Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and service quality Use CRM tools to manage account data, client interactions, renewals, and growth opportunities Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Maintain consistent communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure alignment What Makes You a Great Fit 8–10 years of proven B2B Key Account Management experience (up to 12 years considered) Prior experience in service-oriented industries such as facility management, pest control, corporate services, logistics, leasing and rentals, hospitality, or integrated service providers Strong exposure to handling large and strategic accounts, preferably with experience in leading KAM-driven organizations Deep understanding of market segmentation across corporate, industrial, and SME clients Demonstrated career stability with consistent progression in KAM roles Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in CRM tools and experience tracking customer satisfaction metrics Immediate to short notice period (up to 45 days preferred) Open to diverse candidate profiles with the right KAM specialization
