This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 1 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Recruiter to support both internal hiring and client-based recruitment needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talent sourcing, stakeholder coordination, and matching the right candidates to the right opportunities while delivering an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles as well as client hiring requirements. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal talent databases. Conduct HR screening calls to assess candidate fit and shortlist qualified profiles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal hiring managers and external clients. Understand role requirements clearly and deliver high-quality profiles within defined timelines. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback, and follow-ups. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in internal recruitment and/or consultancy-based hiring. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Hands-on experience with recruitment portals, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn hiring. Excellent coordination, negotiation, and follow-up capabilities.
