This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 3 years Location: Hyderabad JobType: full-time We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer – Palantir to design, build, and scale robust data platforms using Palantir Foundry . This role is ideal for data engineers who enjoy working on complex, large-scale data ecosystems and transforming raw data into reliable, high-quality data assets that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data models using Palantir Foundry . Leverage Foundry’s core components such as Pipelines, Ontology, Code Repositories, and Workshop to deliver production-grade data solutions. Ingest, transform, and curate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources ensuring data quality, accuracy, and reliability . Build reusable datasets and data products that support analytics, reporting, and operational use cases. Implement best practices for data governance, lineage, access control, and versioning within Palantir Foundry. Optimize performance and scalability of data workflows for large datasets and high-volume processing. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business users to translate requirements into effective data engineering solutions. Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and proactively improve system reliability and efficiency. Contribute to architectural decisions, technical documentation, and continuous improvement of data engineering standards. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–9 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering or related roles. Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry , including pipeline development and data modeling. Deep understanding of ETL/ELT processes , data transformation, and large-scale data processing. Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python for data engineering workflows. Experience working with relational and analytical databases, data lakes, and cloud-based data platforms. Solid understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks . Ability to work with complex datasets and design scalable, maintainable data architectures. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on enterprise-grade data platforms or mission-critical systems. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Exposure to analytics, BI tools, or data science workflows within Palantir Foundry. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
