This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: chandigarh JobType: full-time In this role, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end export dispatch documentation for international orders. You will work closely with production, logistics, freight forwarders, customs agents, and finance teams to ensure all export shipments are processed accurately and dispatched on time. The position requires a clear understanding of export procedures, Incoterms, shipping documentation, and regulatory compliance. Based in Chandigarh, this is a full-time, in-office role ideal for professionals with at least two years of experience in export documentation or international logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and maintain  export documentation  including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, bills of lading, airway bills, and other regulatory documents Coordinate with  freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines  to ensure timely dispatch and clearance of export consignments Ensure compliance with  export regulations , customs requirements, and international trade policies Track shipment schedules and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders regarding dispatch status Verify documentation accuracy to prevent delays, penalties, or shipment discrepancies Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to align dispatch schedules with export timelines Maintain proper records of export transactions and documentation for audits and compliance purposes Support finance teams with export-related documentation for invoicing, remittances, and regulatory filings Handle export-related queries and resolve documentation discrepancies efficiently Ensure adherence to company-defined SOPs, timelines, and quality standards Stay updated on changes in  export laws, DGFT guidelines, and international shipping practices Assist in improving export documentation processes for efficiency and accuracy What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum  2 years of experience  in export dispatch documentation or international logistics Strong working knowledge of  export documentation procedures  and international shipping requirements Familiarity with customs processes, Incoterms, and export compliance standards High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling documentation Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in  MS Office , especially Excel, for tracking and reporting export activities Experience working with ERP or logistics systems is an added advantage Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle documentation issues independently Willingness to work full-time from the Chandigarh location
