Scope of the Role We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with a strong performance mindset — someone who sits at the intersection of data, storytelling, and design . You’ll work closely with media buyers, designers, and video editors to translate campaign insights into high-performing ad concepts across Meta and Google channels. This is a hands-on, analytical, and creative role where your goal is to continuously optimize ad performance through testing, iteration, and insight-driven storytelling. Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with media buyers to translate campaign data into actionable creative strategies that drive performance. Develop creative briefs rooted in customer insights, market trends, and testing frameworks. Audit and optimize ad creatives to minimize fatigue and maximize CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates . Collaborate with the design and video teams to ensure assets follow performance best practices. Maintain a structured library of winning creative concepts , iterations, and learnings. Monitor competitor creative trends and proactively recommend new angles, hooks, and storytelling approaches. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth creative strategy, or a similar role . Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystems and how creative impacts campaign results. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative opportunities . Experience briefing design and video teams with clarity and performance context . Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment .
