About the Role The Influencer + Affiliate Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-driven marketing professional responsible for the day-to-day execution of our Influencer, User-Generated Content (UGC), and Affiliate programs. Reporting to the Manager of Social Commerce, this role serves as the operational backbone of creator and affiliate initiatives—ensuring consistent execution across multiple programs, platforms, and timelines. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at over-communication, and enjoys managing details, systems, and workflows to keep campaigns running smoothly. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners including Marketing, PR, Ecommerce, Paid Media, Creative, CX, and Retention to support content creation, community growth, and revenue-driving initiatives. Key Responsibilities Affiliate Program Support Assist with onboarding and activation of new affiliates, publishers, and creators Manage affiliate applications, approvals, tracking links, discount codes, and platform setup Support commission management, promotional calendars, and incentive execution Send monthly newsletters and promotional communications to affiliates Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for affiliate inquiries and operational needs Influencer & UGC Execution Support influencer campaign execution including outreach coordination, briefing, gifting logistics, and content tracking Coordinate content usage rights, whitelisting, and paid amplification permissions Edit video content as needed for cross-channel usage Manage creator deliverables, timelines, and approvals in partnership with the Social Commerce Manager Monitor influencer compliance with brand guidelines and FTC requirements Maintain creator databases, contracts, and usage rights documentation Coordinate with Paid Media, PR, Social, and Creative teams to ensure content is shared, amplified, and archived appropriately Reporting & Analytics Pull weekly and monthly performance reports across affiliate and influencer platforms Track KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion rate, and content output Support data hygiene, tagging accuracy, and dashboard maintenance Flag performance trends, opportunities, and risks for leadership review Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with Ecommerce and Creative teams to ensure affiliates have up-to-date assets, links, and messaging Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives with timely execution Maintain organized systems, calendars, and documentation to support program scalability Proactively communicate timelines, deliverables, and expectations to prevent bottlenecks Operational Excellence Maintain organized workflows, trackers, and spreadsheets Support testing initiatives, new platform rollouts, and process improvements Uphold brand standards in all external-facing communications Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, UGC, or social media marketing (beauty industry preferred) Comfortable working with affiliate platforms, spreadsheets, and performance data Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with strong follow-through Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and empathy Familiarity with CRM systems, affiliate platforms, and creator management tools Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationships Skills Strong written and oral communication Collaboration and adaptability in fast-paced environments Trend awareness and platform fluency Technical proficiency and attention to detail Video editing and feedback incorporation Familiarity with CRM, social media, and digital customer experience platforms Platform Experience Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) Slack Shopify Plus Adobe CapCut Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest Aspire IQ Avantlink Notion
