This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 4000000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 40-50 LPA) Min Experience: 4 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time Experience & Responsibilities 4–7 years of hands-on experience building scalable web services and RESTful APIs. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take end-to-end responsibility for assigned modules and deliverables. Proven capability to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of solutions. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making and best practices. Technical Skills Expert-level proficiency in Python or Java , with strong experience in relevant frameworks. Solid experience working with at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure . Strong foundation in Linux-based environments . Hands-on experience with backend and distributed systems using technologies such as: Python, Falcon, Go MongoDB, Scylla Kafka AWS services (SQS, S3) Familiarity with large-scale data processing or streaming technologies such as Kafka, Spark, Storm, or Samza is a plus.
