This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 700000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 7 - 15 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2C growth, can optimise full-funnel performance, and consistently convert ad spend into measurable revenue. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok. Own end-to-end performance funnels including ads, landing pages, and conversion flows. Continuously test and optimise creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROI. Track, analyse, and optimise key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CPM, and ROAS. Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across channels to maximise performance. Identify growth opportunities through experimentation, insights, and data-driven decisions. Requirements 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid growth. Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok. Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and conversion rate optimisation. Experience working with B2C or consumer tech products is preferred. Experience targeting US or international markets is a strong plus. Availability to work full-time, in-office, 6 days a week in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
