This role involves guiding prospective students through the entire admissions journey while delivering a high-quality counselling experience aligned with academic excellence and career outcomes. Key Responsibilities Student Counselling & Enrolment Counsel prospective postgraduate applicants through calls, virtual sessions, and in-person interactions. Understand student goals and recommend the most suitable academic programs. Clearly communicate program structure, curriculum, faculty expertise, fees, scholarships, and career prospects. Drive application completion and achieve enrolment targets through consultative counselling. Admissions Process Management Manage the full admissions lifecycle from initial enquiry to final enrolment. Ensure timely follow-ups for documentation, payments, and application milestones. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and admissions systems. Stakeholder & Student Coordination Collaborate with academic, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions and onboarding. Support student orientation and transition into programs. Address queries from applicants and parents with professionalism and clarity. Key Skills & Competencies Strong student-first counselling mindset with a consultative approach.
