This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 800000 (ie INR 5-8 LPA) Min Experience: 0 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to own and scale paid acquisition initiatives across Google, Meta, and TikTok. This role is suited for an analytical, hands-on marketer who understands B2C growth, performance funnels, and how to convert ad spend into measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Own and optimise the full performance funnel, including ads, landing pages, and conversion paths Analyse campaign performance and continuously test creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROI Track, monitor, and optimise key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates Support budget planning and ensure efficient allocation across channels based on performance insights Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights to drive data-backed decisions Requirements 0–1 year of experience in performance marketing, paid growth, or digital marketing analytics Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and conversion optimisation Exposure to B2C or consumer technology products is preferred Experience targeting US or other international markets is a strong plus Availability for full-time, in-person work (6 days/week) Skills Performance Marketing Paid Media Advertising Marketing Analytics Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Google Ads Campaign Optimisation
