This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 1000000 (ie INR 4-10 LPA) JobType: full-time Designation:   Regional Sales Manager Reporting to:  National Sales Manager Location: Mumbai (Remote work for Kerala)  Qualification:   B.Sc/B PHARM   Age:   30 TO 40 YEARS Experience (Total yrs.):   10 to 12 yrs Internal & External Stakeholders Internal Stakeholders: Marketing and Sales teams External Stakeholders: Trade partners and vendors across assigned territories Key Responsibilities Drive business development through trade channels with corporate hospitals Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including: Microbiologists Operation Theatre (OT) staff ICCU staff Purchase Heads Committee Members, HODs, and senior hospital leadership Develop and expand existing and new business across the West Region Lead, manage, and take full accountability for regional sales team performance Coach, mentor, and groom team members to improve productivity and capability Execute brand promotion initiatives across trade and institutional channels Collaborate closely with internal marketing and sales teams to achieve regional targets Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in trade sales within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or disinfectant industries Proven experience managing institutional or hospital-based sales Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to drive regional growth through team leadership and trade partnerships Key Skills Sales Business Development Trade Marketing Team Management Institutional Sales
