This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 1900000 (ie INR 10-19 LPA) Min Experience: 7 years Location: NCR JobType: full-time The SailPoint IIQ Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role focuses on identity lifecycle management, access governance, compliance, and secure integration with enterprise and cloud systems. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver reliable, compliant, and future-ready IAM solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to support identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance requirements Configure and customize SailPoint IIQ components, including connectors, workflows, rules, certifications, and provisioning policies Drive continuous improvement, scalability, and automation within the SailPoint IIQ platform to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications, directories, databases, and cloud services Lead end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment Create and maintain detailed technical documentation covering architecture, configurations, customizations, and integrations Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint IIQ platform issues to ensure system reliability and security Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to address IAM risks, audit observations, and security incidents Support strategic planning for future IAM enhancements and cloud adoption initiatives Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation Strong expertise in configuring and customizing SailPoint IIQ components such as connectors, rules, workflows, roles, and policies Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and scripting languages Solid understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models Proven ability to analyze configuration issues, propose remediations, update designs, and implement fixes Hands-on experience with certification campaigns, including dynamic reviewers, consultation, and escalation workflows Strong experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, SCIM) and enterprise application connectors Ability to create customized and dynamic reports to support audit requirements and access visibility Understanding of deployment, release, and change management processes Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and SailPoint modules Exposure to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and willingness to upskill for future adoption Compliance & Domain Knowledge Strong conceptual understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance requirements Skills SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) SailPoint Development Identity & Access Management (IAM) Identity Governance (IGA) Java / BeanShell / XML Cybersecurity & Regulatory Compliance
