This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 5-12 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Pune / Remote JobType: full-time We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Frappe and ERPNext to design, build, and enhance ERP workflows used by real-world academic and institutional environments. This role involves end-to-end ownership of features, working across backend, frontend, and integrations in high-usage production systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and enhance custom features using Frappe and ERPNext Build and maintain custom DocTypes, server-side scripts, and REST APIs Develop frontend components and UI enhancements using JavaScript, Vue, or React as required Optimize application performance and reliability for high-traffic, production-grade systems Integrate ERP systems with payment gateways, external portals, and communication tools Deploy, monitor, and support live production features Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and scalability Required Skills & Experience 1–4 years of hands-on development experience with Frappe and ERPNext Strong proficiency in Python Working knowledge of JavaScript, including client scripts and basic Vue.js Experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting production systems Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar) Understanding of ERP workflows and data models Good to Have Experience building a Frappe application from scratch Knowledge of background jobs, Redis, schedulers, and async processing Experience with performance tuning and optimization Exposure to education or academic ERP systems Tech Stack Python, Frappe, ERPNext MariaDB, Redis JavaScript, Vue.js / React Docker, CI/CD pipelines
