This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1000000 (ie INR 8 - 10 LPA) Min Experience: 4 years Location: Pune JobType: full-time Education Master’s degree in Social Work, Management, or a related field (preferred). Experience Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably within social impact or development sector organizations. Proven experience managing large-scale projects with budgets of ₹10 Cr or more. Key Competencies & Skills Strong interpersonal skills with high self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver effective presentations. Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, capacity building, and stakeholder management. Strong networking and representation skills with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, donors, and government bodies. Solid research and data analysis capabilities, including project planning, monitoring, evaluation, and performance tracking. Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with accountability for project outcomes. Willingness to travel extensively across project locations as required. High standards of personal and professional integrity. Preferred Experience In-depth understanding of livelihoods programs and ecosystem-based interventions. Strong knowledge of youth skilling needs and implementation of employability and capacity-building initiatives.
