The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering positive online interactions. Key Responsibilities Assist with opening and managing Discord Ambassador tickets. Handle all chat inquiries promptly, keeping conversations flowing smoothly and organized. Monitor community activity to ensure compliance with brand regulations and chat guidelines. Verify that all new members joining the community meet brand terms, conditions, and requirements. Open and close chat channels according to the scheduled hours. Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable presence in all interactions. Requirements Must have experience in customer support. Discord user management experience is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with the ability to enforce guidelines consistently. Comfortable working within a structured schedule.
