This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 5 years JobType: full-time We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact Salesforce projects within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile environment, can manage multiple stakeholders, and is passionate about driving business transformation through Salesforce technologies. As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure—ensuring all Salesforce implementations and enhancements are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver Salesforce CRM projects using Agile methodologies. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and technical teams. Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring resource allocation and timely completion of milestones. Serve as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders; maintain clear and consistent communication across all parties. Manage expectations and engagement of key stakeholders, including business leads, IT teams, vendors, and external partners. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with Salesforce developers, architects, and administrators to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; report progress and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and Salesforce best practices are upheld throughout the project. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5–11 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years in project management roles overseeing Salesforce projects. Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions. Proven experience managing Agile projects, preferably with certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master or PMI-ACP). Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or Salesforce Project Management certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in mid to large-scale enterprise environments. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar project management platforms. Exposure to integration projects involving third-party systems or APIs.
