This position involves diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of gynecological conditions while providing compassionate, patient-centered care across all life stages—from adolescence to menopause. You will work closely with medical staff to ensure accurate diagnosis, effective treatment plans, and adherence to clinical best practices. The role requires a strong commitment to ethical medical practice, patient education, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and confidentiality in a hospital or clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Provide expert gynecological consultations, examinations, and follow-up care Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions such as menstrual disorders, infections, hormonal issues, infertility, and menopause-related concerns Perform routine gynecological procedures and assist in surgical interventions when required Deliver antenatal, postnatal, and reproductive health care as per clinical guidelines Counsel patients on family planning, contraception, reproductive health, and preventive care Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times Collaborate with nurses, anesthetists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care Stay updated with advancements in gynecology and apply evidence-based practices Adhere strictly to hospital policies, ethical standards, and legal healthcare requirements What Makes You a Great Fit MBBS with MD/DNB in Gynecology or equivalent recognized qualification Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in gynecology or women’s healthcare Strong clinical knowledge and practical expertise in gynecological procedures Excellent communication and patient counseling skills with a compassionate approach Ability to manage patients independently while working collaboratively in a team High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to patient welfare Willingness to work full-time in a hospital or clinical setting in Chhattisgarh Strong decision-making abilities and attention to clinical detail
