OPEN GLOBALLY FULL-TIME REMOTE Position: Brand Manager—Podcast & Personal Brand Growth Type of contract: Independent contractor Working Hours: M-F | 9-5 CST 🌎 Work from any corner of the world and be a part of the #remoteworkrevolution!‼️ About the Role: We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and self-motivated Brand Manager with podcasting experience to help grow a thought leader’s brand across audio, video, and social platforms. You’ll work closely with the founder—a published author and workshop facilitator—to elevate brand presence, drive audience engagement, and secure podcast sponsorships. If you’re passionate about storytelling, content repurposing, and helping bold voices reach the right audiences, this role is for you. Responsibilities: 1. Podcast Production & Strategy: Support ideation and production of weekly podcast episodes (guests, outlines, distribution) Manage publishing schedule and episode promotion across platforms Source and secure sponsorship deals aligned with the brand's mission and audience Track analytics and suggest growth tactics to increase reach and engagement 2. Brand Development: Collaborate on brand positioning, voice, and storytelling across all channels Ensure consistency across content, social media, podcasts, and partnerships Build and maintain a content calendar for launches, campaigns, and initiatives 3. Partnerships & Monetization: Develop pitch decks and partnership packages for sponsors and collaborators Identify and reach out to aligned sponsors, media outlets, and collaborators Manage inbound inquiries and brand deals with professionalism and alignment 4. Audience Growth: Leverage content from podcast episodes to create engaging short-form content (in collaboration with video editors) Oversee newsletter strategy and social storytelling to boost loyal fanbase Use analytics to guide strategy across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, IG, TikTok, etc. Have 2–5+ years in brand strategy, podcasting, or sponsorship development Are experienced with podcast platforms and tools (e.g. Riverside, Spotify, Anchor, etc.) Know how to find and close sponsorship deals Understand the creator economy and modern brand building Are proactive, resourceful, and excited to help a brand scale with purpose
