This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 3-6 LPA) Min Experience: 0 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time This is a front-line business development role responsible for driving enrollments and revenue through below-the-line (BTL) marketing and outreach initiatives. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, building strong local presence, and achieving monthly sales targets through on-ground marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Drive business growth by achieving assigned monthly sales and enrollment targets through BTL and outreach initiatives. Prospect and acquire new customers through college partnerships, vendor tie-ups, referrals, and self-generated leads. Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities such as college seminars, workshops, stalls, and promotional events. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, training partners, and other local institutions. Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, career workshops, and student engagement events. Execute lead generation activities including leaflet/handout distribution, mall activations, and public place promotions. Collect, manage, and maintain student and prospect databases from multiple offline and online sources. Track, monitor, and report daily marketing and acquisition performance to the reporting manager. Support and execute regional marketing plans (monthly, quarterly, and annual) aligned with business goals. Act as a key interface between prospective candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion. Ensure adherence to performance standards, compliance requirements, and internal processes. Take ownership of BTL marketing execution within the assigned region or center. Skills & Competencies Strong experience in BTL marketing, outreach, and on-ground activations. Excellent college connect and experience conducting seminars, workshops, and events. Proven ability to drive lead generation through educational outreach and promotions. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Experience in edtech sales, educational outreach, or training institute marketing is a strong advantage.
