This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi JobType: full-time The Institutional Sales – Client Coverage role will lead client acquisition and relationship management across MSMEs, large corporates, family offices, and startup treasuries in key markets including Kolkata, Pune, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai. The role focuses on driving growth through tailored investment, liquidity, and treasury solutions while building long-term, high-value client relationships. Key Responsibilities Client Coverage & Business Development Act as the primary relationship owner for institutional clients, managing negotiations, strategic reviews, and long-term engagement. Acquire and manage relationships with MSMEs, corporates, family offices, and startup treasury teams. Drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention across assigned regions. Build, lead, and scale a high-performing client acquisition and servicing team. Maintain strong senior-level relationships with CXOs, promoters, and finance leaders. Investment Advisory & Treasury Solutions Advise clients on investment strategies covering liquidity management, capital deployment, and risk optimization. Manage and oversee client investment portfolios in line with their treasury and financial objectives. Partner with investment committees, research teams, and client boards to ensure alignment and performance. Support product diligence and investment recommendations in collaboration with research and analyst teams. Market Intelligence & Strategy Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity to refine client acquisition and retention strategies. Identify new opportunities across institutional segments and evolving treasury needs. Provide strategic inputs to leadership on market expansion and product positioning. Requirements & Qualifications Strong background in institutional sales, preferably within mutual funds, asset management, corporate banking, or treasury solutions. Prior experience handling institutional clients for AMCs, wealth platforms, or similar financial institutions. Deep understanding of MSME, corporate treasury, UHNI, and family office investment requirements. Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic advisory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and boardroom-level presentation skills. Ability to build and lead teams; senior team leaders are welcome to apply. Educational qualification: CA, MBA, or CFA.
