This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 276000 - Rs 324000 (ie INR 2.76 - 3.24 LPA) Min Experience: 2 years Location: Vesu, Surat JobType: full-time The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for driving people operations, strengthening HR processes, and ensuring compliance while supporting the organization’s growth and business objectives. This role focuses on end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and building a positive and high-performance workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational growth and operational goals Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection to ensure timely hiring of qualified talent Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration and employee readiness Create, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with labor laws Act as a trusted partner to employees and managers on employee relations, performance management, benefits, and HR queries Track, analyze, and report key HR metrics such as attrition, time-to-hire, and training effectiveness Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and workplace health and safety regulations Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including personnel files, payroll data, and benefits information Design and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee capability and organizational effectiveness Foster an inclusive, engaging, and positive work environment to improve employee satisfaction and retention Required Skills HR Operations & Administration Human Analytics & Reporting Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Training & Development Employee Engagement & Nurturing
