We’re currently looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations and help keep our financial records accurate and up to date. About the Role The Junior Bookkeeper plays a key role in supporting the financial health of our business. This position is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions using accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry, billing, and vendor payments Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly Assist with payroll preparation and employee expense tracking Maintain accurate and organized financial records and digital files Support month-end and year-end close processes Assist the CPA and finance team in preparing financial reports and audits Monitor transactions for accuracy and report any discrepancies Requirements Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and accounting software Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn Bonus: Experience with e-commerce or retail bookkeeping
