This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 200000 - Rs 300000 (ie INR 2-3 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Pune JobType: full-time We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong passion for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. This role is critical in supporting business growth by ensuring timely and high-quality hiring across various functions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, job requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring timelines. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Sourcing & Talent Mapping Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, referrals, and internal databases. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Conduct proactive talent mapping and market research to identify potential candidates. Recruitment & Selection Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. Support the selection process by sharing candidate assessments and feedback in a timely manner. Communication & Stakeholder Management Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates at all stages of the hiring process. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing queries related to roles, interview status, and offers. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and decisions. Process & Reporting Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports related to hiring metrics. Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with internal policies and best practices. Continuously look for ways to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and basic HR tools/MS Excel.
