This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 200000 - Rs 400000 (ie INR 2-4 LPA) Min Experience: 2 years Location: Noida , Uttar Pradesh , NCR JobType: full-timeThis role offers more than just routine accounting work. Working closely with an experienced clinical and administrative team, the Accountant will gain hands-on exposure that enhances professional skills, operational knowledge, and overall workplace confidence. The position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling end-to-end clinic accounts. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update all financial registers including expenses, sales, and stock records, both manually and through accounting software. Manage employee records such as attendance, salary details, and related documentation. Reconcile stock records with sales transactions and daily collections. Enter purchase invoices, sales invoices, and credit/debit notes accurately into the system. Handle patient payment records and ensure proper tracking of all collections. Maintain records for all modes of payments and reconcile merchant and payment gateway reports. Manage vendor and supplier account ledgers and ensure timely payments. Resolve day-to-day accounting queries related to billing, payments, and records. Ensure basic compliance with accounting practices and GST billing requirements. Required Skills & Competencies Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles. Hands-on experience with accounting systems and accounting software. Proficiency in operating computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to read and respond to emails in English. Familiarity with GST billing processes is preferred. Prior experience in a skin clinic or healthcare setup is an added advantage. Qualifications & Experience Minimum Qualification: Graduate (B.Com, B.Tech, or equivalent). Prior experience handling accounts is required.
