This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of building and scaling a high-impact, data-driven customer acquisition engine for a digital personal loan product. This role goes far beyond campaign execution—it focuses on acquiring the  right  borrowers by combining performance marketing, analytics, experimentation, and deep collaboration with Risk, Data Science, and Collections teams. You will work in a fast-paced fintech environment where growth, credit quality, and repayment behavior are equally important. Key Responsibilities Own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, WhatsApp, and selected offline channels Design and execute performance strategies aligned with borrower quality, credit performance, and long-term profitability Continuously run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, messaging, landing pages, and funnels Partner closely with Risk, Data Science, and Collections teams to align acquisition with repayment and portfolio health Leverage AI-powered tools and automation platforms to improve bidding, targeting, and creative optimization Optimize the entire funnel—from app install and onboarding to loan disbursal and repayment Build and maintain dashboards using attribution and analytics tools to track cohorts, channels, and campaign performance Experiment with non-traditional and emerging channels such as influencer partnerships, offline integrations, and referrals Analyze performance beyond CAC, focusing on repayment behavior, lifetime value, and profitability by segment Use insights to iterate quickly, refine strategies, and improve acquisition efficiency over time What Makes You a Great Fit 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within fintech or NBFC environments, specifically for digital personal loans Proven expertise in running and scaling campaigns on Google Ads, Meta platforms, YouTube, and WhatsApp Strong understanding of mobile app performance marketing, attribution, and conversion funnels Experience collaborating with credit, risk, or analytics teams to improve targeting and borrower quality Comfortable working with tools such as Appsflyer, Branch, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms Highly analytical mindset with a strong bias toward experimentation and continuous improvement Ability to balance speed with discipline—testing aggressively while staying focused on long-term outcomes Bonus if you have exposure to AI/ML-driven marketing tools, creative automation, offline acquisition channels, or basic data querying and reporting
