We’re looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving initiatives across AI, operations, and enterprise-facing workflows. This role sits at the intersection of documentation, coordination, and executive-level communication, with an added emphasis on automation-aware execution . If you excel at organizing complex information, building clean systems in Notion and Google Docs , and understand how tools like Zapier, Make.com , or n8n can streamline workflows, you’ll thrive here. You will manage project workflows, maintain documentation standards, and support senior stakeholders with tight, reliable execution while helping identify opportunities to automate and scale internal processes. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Direct access to senior leadership and technical teams Work on high-impact AI, automation, and operational projects in a fast-moving environment What You’ll Work On Project Management and Coordination Manage timelines, deliverables, and task ownership across multiple active projects Keep initiatives moving with clear expectations, strong follow-through, and proactive communication Track milestones, identify blockers, escalate risks early, and maintain execution momentum Documentation and System Building Build and maintain organized systems in Notion and Google Docs Create standardized templates, SOPs, meeting notes, and project repositories Ensure documentation is clear, searchable, and aligned across technical and non-technical teams Automation Awareness and Workflow Support Support and document workflows that leverage tools like Zapier, Make.com , or n8n Collaborate with technical or operations teams to map processes suitable for automation Help ensure automated workflows are clearly documented, monitored, and easy to maintain Executive Communication and Alignment Work directly with senior executives and leadership teams Summarize discussions, decisions, and next steps with clarity and precision Run or support meetings with structured agendas, action items, and follow-ups Reporting and Analysis Prepare project updates, dashboards, and summaries for leadership Help define reporting frameworks and improve operational processes Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for speed, clarity, and scalability What You Bring 3 to 5 years of project management experience in SaaS, consulting, enterprise, or similar environments Strong proficiency with Notion , Google Docs , and collaborative project tools Working knowledge of Zapier, Make.com , or n8n , including how automation fits into operational workflows Excellent communication and organizational skills with a steady, executive-ready presence Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive alignment across diverse teams Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure where none exists Nice to Have Hands-on experience supporting or documenting automated workflows Background in operations, RevOps, or internal tooling projects Familiarity with AI, automation platforms, or technical product teams How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A short 1 to 2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and explaining how you keep complex projects organized, including any experience working with automation tools Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be reviewed.
