This role is for our own company - Weekday Location: Remote Work Hours: 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (U.S. Shift, Non-Flexible) Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 INR/month (Fixed + Variable) Duration: 6 months (Potential extension based on performance and mutual agreement) Note: Only 2025 graduates and candidates with a bachelor's degree will be considered. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews for U.S.-based clients and candidates. Maintain a 90%+ interview completion rate through proactive communication and follow-ups. Ensure candidates are fully informed about the job role and company before interviews. Handle primary operations related to U.S. candidate screening and interview scheduling. Provide secondary support with email handling and database management. Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts or no-shows through real-time coordination. Maintain clear documentation and operational updates across systems and stakeholders. Requirements Only 2025 graduates and candidates with a bachelor's degree will be considered. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work non-flexible U.S. hours (9:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST). Prior internship or operational experience is a plus but not mandatory. Comfort with handling communication and coordination for U.S.-based clients and candidates.
