We’re looking for a Web Graphic Designer who can create clean, modern, and conversion-focused visuals for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns. This role is built for someone who understands how design impacts user experience and can produce polished, on-brand graphics that elevate clarity and storytelling. You’ll work across web layouts, marketing assets, and digital brand visuals, with opportunities to contribute motion graphics or AI-supported design exploration if you have the skills. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays based on your location 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Work closely with founders, marketers, and creative teams Room to grow into brand design, web design, or motion graphics What You’ll Work On Web Graphics and Digital Assets Create high-quality graphics for websites, landing pages, and digital experiences Design banners, visual sections, icons, UI-supporting elements, and layout-ready components Maintain consistency in brand styling, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy Turn creative briefs into visuals that support clarity, credibility, and conversions Brand and Marketing Support Develop assets for social media, email campaigns, ads, and promotional materials Maintain organized design libraries and reusable graphic systems Collaborate with content or marketing teams to align visuals with messaging Optional Creative Add-ons Create light motion graphics for product promos or UI showcases (nice to have) Use generative AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, etc.) to explore concepts or visual variations Help refine AI prompts for ideation or rapid prototyping What You Bring 2 to 4 years of experience as a graphic designer with a strong focus on web graphics Proficiency in Figma , Adobe Illustrator , and Photoshop Strong grasp of layout, spacing, typography, and visual clarity Ability to design clean, modern, conversion-friendly web visuals Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable producing multiple assets weekly Nice to Have Motion design experience (After Effects or similar) AI prompting or experience integrating AI-generated design elements Basic understanding of UI/UX or web layout structures How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A portfolio link showcasing your strongest web graphics and digital design work A short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and walking through a few of your favorite pieces Only candidates with a portfolio and Loom video will be considered.
