This role requires strong experience engaging enterprise decision-makers, executing multi-channel outreach, and consistently converting prospects into qualified sales opportunities. The position is based in-office and aligned with North American business hours (EST/PST overlap required). Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Execute strategic outbound outreach across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage prospects across North America. Enterprise Lead Qualification: Identify customer pain points, buying intent, and decision-making structures to generate well-qualified opportunities for Account Executives. Pipeline Generation: Consistently deliver qualified meetings and sales-ready leads that contribute to revenue growth. Market & Account Research: Research target accounts, industries, and competitors to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, activities, and opportunities in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure smooth lead handoffs and strong pipeline progression. Cross-Time Zone Coordination: Effectively manage outreach, follow-ups, and internal coordination across North American time zones. Process Improvement: Share best practices, messaging insights, and feedback to continuously improve outbound strategies and team performance. Experience & Requirements 3+ years of experience as an SDR supporting the North American market in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven success in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach. Strong ability to communicate with and influence senior and enterprise-level stakeholders. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce . Highly goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of managing time and priorities independently. Strong research, analytical, and account-mapping skills. Ability to work North American business hours from an in-office setup in Bangalore.
