This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1700000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 17-25 LPA) Min Experience: 2 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated AI workflows powered by LangChain and LangGraph. You will work with large language models (LLMs) to create intelligent, scalable, and efficient AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph to support business-critical processes. Leverage large language models to create robust, scalable, and efficient AI-driven applications and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data science to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions. Optimize AI workflows for performance, reliability, and maintainability, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems. Implement best practices for AI system design, data handling, model deployment, and workflow orchestration. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and related technologies, and incorporate them into practical solutions. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of AI workflows to maximize effectiveness and minimize errors. Document AI workflows, methodologies, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in AI engineering or related roles with hands-on experience in building AI-driven applications. Strong proficiency in LangChain and LangGraph for workflow automation and orchestration. Solid understanding and practical experience working with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, or similar. Experience in integrating AI workflows into existing software ecosystems and applications. Knowledge of Python programming, AI frameworks, and relevant APIs. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design creative and scalable AI solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI workflow optimization, automation pipelines, and model deployment. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI application hosting and orchestration. Understanding of data pipelines, data preprocessing, and model fine-tuning for improved AI performance.
