We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, design, and culture. This role is built for someone who can create scroll-stopping visuals across static design and short-form motion that drive high-performing ads and social campaigns for a luxury lifestyle brand. You’ll work on everything from striking static ads to short-form videos and motion loops, with a constant focus on making people pause mid-scroll. Why You’ll Want to Join Paid in USD (bi-monthly: 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Opportunity to shape and evolve the visual identity of a growing luxury brand Ownership and creative influence across ads, social, and brand expression What You’ll Work On Design and Creative Execution Design static ads, social content, and campaign visuals that drive engagement and performance Create moodboards, concepts, and reusable templates aligned with the brand’s aesthetic Design across formats including static graphics, branded layouts, packaging assets, and ad variations Apply a culture-aware and trend-informed lens while maintaining a premium, elevated feel Motion and Video Editing Edit and animate short-form ads, reels, and stories for Instagram, TikTok, and paid media Repurpose existing content into new formats, variations, and performance-driven assets Build repeatable systems and templates to scale creative output efficiently Experiment with AI-assisted tools and emerging creative workflows to push visual boundaries What You Bring 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or motion design Experience designing for ads, social media, or content-driven brands (lifestyle, fashion, or media preferred) Portfolio demonstrating strong static design and short-form motion or video work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and tools like Figma or Canva Strong conceptual thinking with an editorial or fashion-influenced sensibility Ability to move quickly while maintaining quality and consistency Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and taking creative ownership Nice to Have Experience using AI creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Kaiber, or similar Background in performance creative or paid media design Familiarity with building design systems or creative templates at scale How to Apply Please submit: Your updated resume A portfolio showcasing your best static and motion work (ads, social, or brand campaigns) A short 1 to 2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and walking through your design experience and the industries you have worked in Only candidates who submit both a portfolio and Loom video will be considered.
