This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: Bengaluru, NCR JobType: full-time We are looking for a hands-on Paid Content Strategist who lives and breathes performance marketing across Meta, Google, and other paid channels. You will own ad content strategy, collaborate closely with creative teams to ship campaigns fast, and obsessively analyze performance to drive real results. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on experimentation and continuous optimization rather than following cookie-cutter playbooks. Key Responsibilities Lead content strategy for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms Partner with creative teams to brief, iterate, and launch ad creatives quickly Design, execute, and analyze structured experiments across hooks, formats, copy, and audiences Monitor performance daily, spot trends, flag issues, and scale high-performing creatives Maintain a testing roadmap and document learnings for future campaigns Stay updated on platform changes, new ad formats, and competitor strategies Collaborate with growth, brand, and product teams to align messaging and maximize ROI Requirements 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-volume paid media environments Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks (static, video, UGC, etc.) Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards, reports, and campaign metrics Sharp attention to detail: spot errors, off-brand creatives, and optimize CTAs Excellent communication skills to brief creatives efficiently Bonus: experience in D2C, e-commerce, or app-first businesses Why This Role?
