This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 2:30 PM – 11:45 PM IST We are seeking an experienced D365 Commerce Technical Lead to own the design, development, and integration of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of ERP back-end systems and modern eCommerce/POS experiences , requiring strong hands-on expertise as well as technical leadership capabilities. You will lead complex commerce implementations, build scalable integrations, and guide engineering teams in delivering high-quality, production-ready retail solutions. Key Responsibilities D365 Commerce & Extension Development Design, develop, and customize extensions for POS , Commerce Runtime (CRT) , and Site Builder Enhance and extend D365 Commerce functionality to meet complex retail requirements Integration & Architecture Leadership Architect and implement REST/RPC APIs to integrate D365 Commerce with third-party retail systems Lead system integrations across ERP, POS, and external platforms Full-Stack Engineering Write, review, and optimize high-quality code using X++ , C# , TypeScript , and JavaScript Build responsive, scalable front-end components using React , HTML5 , and CSS3 Ensure seamless interaction between front-end commerce experiences and back-end ERP logic Technical Leadership & DevOps Act as a technical mentor, conducting code reviews and enforcing engineering best practices Lead DevOps initiatives, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive on-time, high-quality delivery Mandatory Skills & Experience 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Retail Proven experience delivering D365 Commerce and eCommerce implementations Strong proficiency in X++ , C# , and TypeScript Experience with Azure services and SQL Server Solid understanding of POS systems and retail transaction flows Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the Retail domain Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in fast-paced environments Working knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations modules (Finance & Retail) Experience integrating complex enterprise systems using APIs Skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 · D365 Commerce · Retail Systems · X++ · C# · TypeScript · JavaScript · React · REST APIs · POS · DevOps · Microsoft Azure · SQL Server · HTML5 · CSS3 · ASP.NET
