This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are seeking a Fullstack React Native Developer who can build and own features across the entire stack—mobile applications, web interfaces, and backend services. This role involves full lifecycle ownership, from concept and development to deployment and release management, working closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality experiences for a global user base. Key Responsibilities Mobile & Web Development Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native . Build responsive and high-performance web interfaces using React . Backend Engineering Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using Node.js . Work with MongoDB to model, store, and optimize application data. Release & Lifecycle Management Own the complete mobile app release lifecycle, including certificates, provisioning profiles, compliance, and publishing to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store . Manage versioning, updates, and post-release support. End-to-End Feature Ownership Take features from planning and implementation through testing and deployment . Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability across the stack. Collaboration & Quality Partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical requirements and solve complex challenges. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices for security, performance, and scalability. Required Qualifications 2–5 years of hands-on experience building production applications with React Native . Proven experience managing the full mobile release cycle for iOS and Android, including certificates, provisioning profiles, and store submissions. Strong experience with React (web) and modern frontend architecture. Solid backend development experience using Node.js . Strong proficiency with MongoDB and backend data modeling. Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership in fast-paced environments. Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience with agentic workflows , AI-assisted tools, or automation patterns. Background building consumer-facing mobile apps or SaaS platforms . Proficiency with JavaScript and/or TypeScript across the stack. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and quality tooling .
