This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 8-15 LPA) Min Experience: 2 years Location: Bangalore JobType: full-time As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will own the end-to-end affiliate acquisition and management lifecycle in a high-growth online gaming and digital wagering environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building partnerships from scratch, driving measurable growth, and working closely with founders in a fast-paced startup ecosystem. You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and scaling affiliate partnerships that directly contribute to user acquisition and revenue growth Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential affiliate partners through targeted outreach Own the complete affiliate lifecycle, from lead generation to activation and ongoing engagement Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates to maximize performance Drive lead generation through calls, emails, networking, and partnership channels Manage and optimize the affiliate sales pipeline to meet monthly acquisition and conversion targets Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with business and growth objectives Monitor affiliate performance, track ROI, and analyze key metrics to improve outcomes Prepare regular performance updates and insights to support data-driven decision-making What Makes You a Great Fit Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, sales, or business development Strong communication and negotiation skills with a relationship-driven mindset Ability to independently manage outreach, onboarding, and partner success Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership Analytical approach to tracking performance and optimizing affiliate outcomes Prior exposure to online gaming, digital marketing, or performance-driven industries is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and excited to work closely with founders
