This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 8 - 15 LPA) Min Experience: 3 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time We are looking for a Senior Associate – Investor Relations with 3–6 years of experience to support investor engagement and drive client acquisition. This role focuses on building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), family offices, and institutional investors, while ensuring existing clients receive timely updates, clear reporting, and a high standard of service. The position offers meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders and active involvement across the investor lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end investor engagement, including ongoing communication, portfolio-related queries, and relationship management. Drive client acquisition by engaging with prospective investors, understanding their requirements, articulating the investment value proposition, and supporting deal closure. Prepare and present investor reports, performance updates, and presentation materials. Support fundraising and client acquisition initiatives through pitches, meetings, and outreach campaigns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems for leads, prospects, and investor relationships. Coordinate with external PR and branding partners and support investor events, conferences, and networking initiatives. Conduct research on competitors, market trends, partnerships, and potential growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal investment, operations, and leadership teams to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent investor communications. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Finance specialization preferred . 3–6 years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Services, or a related client-facing role. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word , and CRM platforms. Good understanding of financial markets and investment products is an advantage.
